Newark Liberty Airport Express delayed more than one hour
On 8/18, I bought bus ticket online and was going to take bus at 5pm. I arrived the bus station near Grand Central at 4:50pm. There was a line of around 10 people. There was no bus on 5pm, no bus on 5:15, no bus on 5:30. The staff in the street told us that the bus would be arrive very soon. I waited until 5:45pm and had to take taxi to the EWR airport. I sent email with the bus ticket reciept after that and hope to get some refund or appology. I have not heard anything so far.

WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD...COACHUSA/MEG WWW MEGABUS
This company is hitting your credit card/debit card with a couple of small charges and then they go for the big bucks. My card got hit 4 times with charges ranging from $129 to $519.
Luckily my credit card company stopped it and they are investigating.
I contacted them but they don't seem concerned at all and just say "investigate" and we will cooperate with your bank. My bank is doing the investigation and asked if I would cooperate and I said, You Bet!
I'm sure they think I will just go away, but I'm not.
So, I would not use this company at all. Once they get your credit card look out.
If anyone else has had this happen please let the world know.

This is the worst company the driver of the 24 bus is rudethe bus number is 6530 east Orange NJ and the driver name is Ferrell, something needs to be done about the rude driver's, please get some new drivers and let the old dinosaurs move on, I'm pissed and may never ride this bus again.
