I ordered coach bag on thanks giving day not received my package yet , I contacted them through pissed customer, they gave me response immediately, as an apology from them they gave 50$ gift card , I hope I will get my package delivered

need more buses please . on the weekends late night. park and rides. more time. in between time. some PEOPLE WORK LATE AND NO WAY TO GET BACK. PEOLPE BEEN DRIVING FOR 16 MONTHS NOW. WE NEED A BROKE PLEASE PUT MOE BUSES ON ORANGE COUNTY NY.

Worst customer Service Ever

I called to find out when The NJ Transit Bergen County lines will be running Regular operating times. The person I spoke to was nasty and rude as *** Claimed that the busses are running Regular operation at this time. No they aren't showing up when they say they are supposed to.

User's recommendation: Hope that NJ Transit retakes over the Lines and provides better service.

Every Sunday this bus has been late and every Sunday the guy from gate417 lies to all the passengers.today he decide to come out and say the bus was in the tunnel at 6:15 pm he came out and told the passenger this I’m going to the Media for this Every Sunday u guys have the same dam excuse .Wen I approach due that am mad he start laughing thinking this *** is funny hw has no customer services skill am taking this to the media due that this happen every Sunday I will have a petition sign by the customer next week and I will do what I have to do .this is disrespectful wen we pay you guys all this money for your bus to be late every *** Sunday but I will put a stop to this and the guy you have at gate 417 let’s see if he will have a job once I expose this video I made . Terrible experience

The 758 is the worst bus in NJ it's always late or some times it never shows up. How do they expect people to get home from work if the bus never shows I hate the 758 bus.

Late bus

This is likely not an uncommon issue which many other passengers have experienced from coach USA. I've been riding this bus since 2003 and I'm constantly afraid that it'll be late, not show, or come too early. Their customer service is awful. They don't address the issue because they have a monopoly on the route.

Bus break down issue

i was waiting for the 9:13 coach use bus going from grandview ny to the port authority and the bus never showed. After several attmps to call the dispatcher i was told that the bus had a flat and was not coming. I asked them to send another bus but they had no drivers. I saw 3 buses going the other way this was not true. I had to take an ubber. If this continues a may have to move to a town where the buses are more reliable. WARNING! you could loose your job or incurre high costs due to this companys lake of accoutabbility.

45min late and bus smelled like ***

Bus was 45 min late, from Monticello to NYC, not everyone fit in the bus and worst of all the bus smelled like *** People almost fainted!

Coach Usa - I was discriminated by bus driver
I paid my full fair $2.60 i asked him for a ticket he refused to give it to me .he had a very bad attitude. I need the ticket because of the check point on the boder for the police officer when he is conferming that the fair was paid in full. Please review your cameras the bus #id is 6549 .this happened around 5:45 5:46 am i was the first passenger that was picked up. I have it on video on my cell phone. Iam going to take legal action. I was discriminated by your bus driver.

Horrible & rude drivers

To whom It May Concern, My name is Tiara Goldman and I paid for 3:20am shuttle to O’Hare airport. As I was paying the lady inside the building was announcing that the bus had just pulled up. After paying as I was looking outside I saw people standing around waiting to get on the bus so I stayed inside with my 2 children ages 2 & 5 until I saw people getting on the bus because it’s very cold out. I had our luggage’s plus a stroller. When I went outside the driver was coming in to get coffee. I broke down the stroller and left our bags by the bus and put my kids on. As I was sitting down I noticed the bus driver walking out and I walked off the bus to let her know what airline we were flying with. She had a huge attitude, causing a scene in front of the other people on the bus and my children. She went on to tell me I should have my been standing outside when they announced it and I was the reason she was running late. When in honestly she was running late because she was getting coffee. She was extremely rude, not considerate due to the fact that I had children. She was upset and screaming saying I should have been outside when they announced it. My family and I have ridden with this company for years and sadly this will be my last ride. I will not support a company with rude employees that don’t have compassion for others. The lady name was Kimberly. I sure wish you guys gave refunds because I would have gladly got my money back and drove myself to the airport. She was so angry that she proceeded to just throw my bags and navy’s stroller in all wild. I’m completely and utterly baffled by this representation of your company. Start hiring people that know what their job description is and that enjoy doing it. Tiara Goldman

I called coach usa toll free number hoping it would connect me to the coach usa for o'hare airport and it connected to new jerey terminal, i guess. But instead of giving information on what number to call, she just said " you got the wrong number, this is new jersey " and hung up.,she was very rude.

Pay with pennies

On an express bus(45) from nyc it’s tickets only unless your a senior citizen.well do you know how long it takes to count out $11.00 in pennies?a long time causing 55 other people to get home late and the bus to leave late due to this occuring.change the policy- tickets for all.

Extremely poor service

Son took a train to get back to college 500 miles away from home. Connecting bus...Coach USA, just didn't show up no notice ahead of time. . So he is stranded outside at a locked up train terminal and 5 below zero outside. He walked a couple of blocks into the city and found a 24/7 local bus station and will be staying there for the night. No customer service number to be found anywhere on the CoachUSA web page...I imagine on purpose. So I called the number here from a previously miffed customer for customer service and got a very rude man who said call back tomorrow and talk with someone different. Not his problem.
