Unreliable

My wife and I left for VA on the Nov. 18th. The bus we needed was canceled on the way to Ohare. We arrived pat Ohare on Dec. 2nd, our return home. The 3:15pm was canceled. My daughter flew in from Hawaii two months prior only to have 2 bus cancellations at Ohare. It seems Coach is no longer reliable. I’m happy with the price, but not the service. 2 1/2 to 3 hrs waiting on a bus is ridiculous.

COACH USA DRIVERS SUCK

this morning after departing the Tower Center, everything was going fine until we got past the tolls at exit 15 to get in to the bus lanes....This driver is USUALLY very nice....Today, because he got called out by me and some other passengers, he made us wait while he PURPOSELY let other drivers in front of him, thus making us all late....yes i know there was a NJ Transit bus that stopped because of a medical emergency...this has nothing to do with that...the Driver just compounded the situation by letting 10 busses in front of us who had pulled along side as we waited to get to into the bus lane. This Driver should be driving a TOUR Bus, not a commuting bus....

14E - 5:20pm bus consistently late

For the past month, the 14E bus has been consistently late and many times does not show up. The delays have been so significant that the 5:45pm bus generally shows up first. Is there any way to improve the timeliness of the 5:20 bus or notify people through email or text when the bus is not expected to show up. A notification system would be helpful to all bus customers. The consistent lateness has impacted my commute and has forced me to switch over to the nj transit 166x because of this issue.

Could you also provide this feedback to the current bus driver for the 520 bus.

Any assistance with this issued would be greatly appreciated.

I am on coach bus #126 it’s freezing inside it’s 47 degrease bus driver said all busses are the same which is not true windows are so foggy he can’t see driving on highway he keeps wiping with paper towels thus is not safe for all the passengers on the bus.

Road Rage Driver

This incident happened July 26, 2018, about 10:40 am. It was during rush hour. I was transitioning from the 10 to the 110. No one was letting me in. I was in front of a Coach bus #610...The driver was a woman. She would not let me in, and began to push me into the dividing wall, which would have pushed onto the street below. If it wasn't for another driver in front of the bus, who stopped his car so I could get over, I would have either been crushed with a child in the car or pushed to the street below. Very, very unprofessional, and scary for the child in my car. I couldn't find a way to directly complain to the bus company. I keep getting redirected to but tickets. Since the child in the car spoke about it again, I know that she was traumatized. This bus driver should definitely be removed!

I have email them many times and also talk to customer service they took out on my visa card 2 times I want my 25.75 back on my card as soon as possible! I will never ride that bus again .Its horrible. I had to wake 6 hrs in all for both buses late!

Rt 45 bus sucks

The service on rt 45 bus route is the worst ever the bus is constantly late just waited for the 7:20 bus that showed up at 7:45 this is almost daily

They decided to cancel the service without warning and when trying to get information there was nothing. Just dozens of people stranded at OHare with purchased tickets and no way to get home.

Coach Bus is a terrible company! Do not use this company! They discriminated against my group because we requested a ADA bus. Our trip was confirmed and scheduled only for us to receive an email 2 days before our trip saying it was canceled without a clear or valid explanation. They then tried to offer us a sister bus for double the cost we were quoted for! A complete ripoff, no professionalism and discriminatory against handicapped people! Left my group of 55 stranded with no options! Don’t use this company!!!!

Unprofessional + where is the money going

Unorganized and understaffed. Buses break down. Some buses never show up. Ticket windows, it's a mess. One day they want everyone on one long line, then others 2 lines. It sets us up for failure because people are bound to get aggravated with each other. Overcrowded. No organization for lines to get on the bus. Some riders have an entitlement issue. Biggest issue is paying full fare for my 6 year old. $800/month to get to the city? Not worth it because the 45 line barely sees any of the new buses.

Lateness of bus

Yes I've been taken Coach USA for the past 3 years and I've never had an issue until this week the driver has been arriving to the Newburgh station 5 to 7 minutes late so plus boarding equals almost 15 minutes. Which I feel to be very unacceptable considering the Raise of the fare. When I tried calling the dispatcher they said it would be fixed and it happened again today. So again I tried calling the dispatcher he stated he was being tracked and he was at the Newburgh station at 4:25 a.m. We're still makes us late into Port Authority by 15 minutes or more. I work for the Board of Ed which makes me have to be at work at 6 a.m. or before with the lateness of the bus obviously late. Which makes me late in the afternoon to catch the 2:45 because there's no Express after 2:45 until 4:45. I leave my home at 3 a.m. to be at the bus station Before 4:20 to get to work I would really appreciate the attention of this

Irate Customer

I have used this service many times in the past years, with no major issues. Well, that changed on the morning of June 23rd, 2018 when I had a round trip booking to Ohare Airport from Valparaiso, In.

The coach arrived at 2:30 am, and I rode it to the Indianapolis Blvd transfer center, where I was to catch the Ohare bus. At that time I was told there was no bus available until an hour later, which would have been to late for my flight. I asked for an Uber, which they have provided in the past, and was told they no longer offer that. I spent $50 for this half of the trip, and then spent another $108 to have an Uber take me to the airport.

Upon my return home from my trip, I explained my plight, and was refunded the $29 dollar fee that covered the Highland to Ohare trip, but again was told they won't cover Uber.

I kindly told her I would not use this service in the future, and was told, " that's OK." Oh, when I arrived at Highland and was told no bus was currently available, it was posted on our web site at 1pm. Well, I checked and it wasn't posted when I left in the Uber.
