Preferred solution: put the driver on a route that does not handle commuters
Port Aithority nightmare
14E - 5:20pm bus consistently late
For the past month, the 14E bus has been consistently late and many times does not show up. The delays have been so significant that the 5:45pm bus generally shows up first. Is there any way to improve the timeliness of the 5:20 bus or notify people through email or text when the bus is not expected to show up. A notification system would be helpful to all bus customers. The consistent lateness has impacted my commute and has forced me to switch over to the nj transit 166x because of this issue.
Could you also provide this feedback to the current bus driver for the 520 bus.
Any assistance with this issued would be greatly appreciated.

Irate Customer
I have used this service many times in the past years, with no major issues. Well, that changed on the morning of June 23rd, 2018 when I had a round trip booking to Ohare Airport from Valparaiso, In.
The coach arrived at 2:30 am, and I rode it to the Indianapolis Blvd transfer center, where I was to catch the Ohare bus. At that time I was told there was no bus available until an hour later, which would have been to late for my flight. I asked for an Uber, which they have provided in the past, and was told they no longer offer that. I spent $50 for this half of the trip, and then spent another $108 to have an Uber take me to the airport.
Upon my return home from my trip, I explained my plight, and was refunded the $29 dollar fee that covered the Highland to Ohare trip, but again was told they won't cover Uber.
I kindly told her I would not use this service in the future, and was told, " that's OK." Oh, when I arrived at Highland and was told no bus was currently available, it was posted on our web site at 1pm. Well, I checked and it wasn't posted when I left in the Uber.
